Q1. What format are the templates in?

A: All templates are supplied in Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF formats. Most can also be opened in Google Docs. This means you can edit them easily to add your business name, logo, and details.

Q2. Can I use these templates for multiple businesses?

A: Each purchase is licensed for use in one business or organisation. If you’d like to use them across multiple businesses or as part of consultancy work for clients, please contact us about a multi-user licence.

Q3. Are these templates UK-specific?

A: Yes. All JayDocs templates are written for UK SMEs, using terminology and frameworks relevant to UK law, regulators, and business standards.

Q4. How quickly can I complete the documents?

A: Most SMEs can complete the core templates in under an hour. For example, the Business Continuity Plan comes with a Quick Start Guide and Checklist to speed things up.

Q5. Do I need specialist knowledge to use these?

A: No. Each pack is written in plain English and includes guides and examples. You don’t need to be a compliance expert — just fill in your details and adjust to your business.

Q6. Do you offer support if I get stuck?

A: Yes. We offer an optional Guided Setup service (£499) where we work with you 1-to-1 to tailor the documents to your business.

Q7. Do you offer refunds?

A: Because these are digital products, we cannot offer refunds once files have been downloaded. But if you have any issues, contact us and we’ll make it right.
